Child of prophecy theory

Since Naruto was declared the child of prophecy who will bring peace to all the shinobis and darkness would be gone. He did a good job and brought peace to the world but he didn't erase the darkness did he? As in the boruto manga as well as in Naruto the last movie there has been new villains over and over . I know that in order to continue the series darkness must raise . So is it safe to say that naruto isn't the child of prophecy? Jiriya thought he would be? And If that's correct . I think that the child of prophecy is going to boruto why you ask? . It's simple Naruto is the prophet and Boruto is the child of Naruto...... Jk. It's just a theory I brain stormed through the nights watching old episodes. I maybe wrong considering the fact that I don't have that lot of facts and am a Hooman.

If this theory is correct and gain a lot of supports (don't think so) cause of Naruto fanboys. I am going to post the following theory.

Yes he brought peace to the shinobi and made them able to understand each other and cooperate. You can't entirely rid of darkness. His goal was to end the war between the shinobi becuz of their hate between each other. The new villains aren't shinobis. They're aliens. Cmon son at least try.

He did what he was supposed to do. And that was to erase hatred from Shinobi world. And he did it. Kawaki after all wants to destroy Shinobi. So this is different enemy.

But the prophecy is done. Naruto fought a boy with powerful eyes a.k.a Sasuke. Boruto isn't fulfilling any prophecy
