Only way Gaara surely wins is if he buries him 200 meters below ground, which isn't happening in that location. It's all rock. He can make more sand from underground, but the amount should be totally different from a desert or soft land/soil terrain, or at least the time it takes to muster that much. Then there's the fact he's only displayed that burial by sinking his opponent (Ay III easily busts out of Sand Tsunami/Burial combo or just plows through it), which good luck doing that to Raikage without sand everywhere.

Gaara will camp in the air on his sand, but his endurance is nowhere Ay III's. 3rd wins eventually.

How so gaara fought in war for multiple days no rest and is former Jin which is stated u have to have strong chakra and stamina to survive it being put into u...

And before someone says tauande healed him it doesn't matter healing isnonly for wounds not chakra replenishing or stamina recovery if it was tsunade would literally not run out of chakra cuz she's constantly healing herself ... which we seen her seal run out before Dan came in and save her

His body being stronger than Kimmimaro is useless since Gaara isn't going to try to crush him. Raition covering his body doesn't mean he's going to get out when he'll have no footing/nothing to push himself up from. Kimmimaro had no footing either which is why he used bone forest.
