Having Katsuyu completely changes everything.
She doesn't have to touch Him. She summons Katsuyu. Katsuyu splits into two. The first first mini melts and becomes s reverse healing platform/healing platform for Tsunade. The other one uses great slug division and attacks from literally every angle with acid. His great speed can't help him from being attacked from literally every direction because there's nowhere for him to go. Toughness doesn't correlate with resistance to corrosiveness, so they acid may well kill him. And Katsuyu has the most corrosive attack in the NV.

I would point out that Tsunade's nickname post war was The Slug Princess, indicating that she had as close an affiliation for her summon as The other sannin.
Portrayal wise this is completely in line.
Given what we know of Katsuyu's acid and her abilities, this line of attack seems perfectly valid unless there is an error in Katsuyu's ability that you are aware of

The most hilarious thing though however, is the fact Tazzilla is a better case than you; rather than be ignorant with immaturity, because you can't simply counter an argument, or form a thought based on your own intuitive thinking, he/she actually argues their case, unlike you who sticks to insults, and "sly" banter. Why is this, the third raikage has 3 great assets.
His speed, his tough body, and his stamina.
His speed is neutralized by an all encompassing attack, that has backup measures in the form of reverse healing as he cannot reach Tsunade without stepping into Katsuyu.
His defensive capabilities are neutralized by both means of attack laid out as acid attacks with corrosiveness as opposed to blunt force trauma, and medical ninjutsu doesn't require she physically hurt him or even come in contact with him. In terms of stamina, she's a beast in her own right. After fighting for hours with byakugou on after refilling the chakra of 3 kages.

Everyone walks in expecting this match to be brute strength vs brute strength and with full knowledge it's unlikely and unnecessary.
