I wouldn't argue with that delusional fap, sasuke himself basically his dojutsu is what helps him control chakra to such an extant.

This is based on the fact he had to use his sharingan to match Naruto's chakra signature. Combined with the rinnegan(all elements) it's no wonder he was able to combine the bijuu chakras into his susanoo. He can literally see chakra and with great detail.

It's like with copying jutsu. The sharingan gives you a blueprint for how to perform jutsu, but you still need the required skill level to pull it off.

For most shinobi their genetics imposes limitations on the number of elements that they can master. These limitations do not exist for Rinnegan users. However, acquiring the Rinnegan does not automatically confer the ability to use them.

None of what you've described evenly remotely suggests that the Rinnegan confers additional CC.
