Hebi Sasuke has more power/potential then Sage Naruto

I have heard Lots of people saying that hebi Sasuke can also beat pein he's as strong or even more stronger than him since he has genjutsu and amazing lightining skills like kirin and chidori nagashi and he also have some fire techs but on the other hand naruto just have giant rasengans and rasenshuriken just for like 10 minutes he has no defence for kirin and Sasuke is also more wiser.What do you think is this true

Hebi Sasuke is honestly like an entirely different character.

He, himself was actually at kage level.

After Itachi fight he got reduced a lot by susanoo and amaterasu

Eh well Rasenshuriken would probably match Kirin because is probably at same strenght and its win as chakra nature. And the fact that none realize is that Naruto is Sage mode can fight with closed eyes thanks to it strong sensing ability, so that negate large portion of sharingan genjutsu. They summoning is tied or not ? I am not sure how it was at sannin deadlock, who defeat who? I think that toad eat slug, slug defeat snake and snake toad?. Naruto is also using no handsings so no copying jutsu. Sasuke is faster that is fact and Naruto is more tanky. Overall Naruto is like atom bomb and Sasuke like pinpoint laser. I think it would be tie.

And even Naruto would lose to Pein if Konoha would not exhaust him so much so Sasuke winning is not possible.

A low-level Kage is Mei or Hiruzen. Someone without special battle traits and/or ninjutsu that the capability of being "decisive blows" against the high-tiered at least, so Hebi definitely qualifies to be low-Kage level at least, if not mid-low.

OT: Hebi Sasuke hasn't the ninjutsu to contend with Pein's high-level jutsu like CT. He's clever and resourceful enough to last sometime, but he'll always been on the back foot, and that'll eventually see him overwhelmed.

Lol Naruto can just use Sage mode and genjutsu affect five senses it does nothing to his sensing not counting fact that Naruto can fight with closed eyes in SM.
And In SM is Naruto much stronger than Sasuke, Naruto can throw ****ing Kurama who is big as mountains which is several thousands tons. That is massive strenght which Sasuke cannot match. Hell in sage mode Naruto could probably tank most Sasuke attacks.
