Nicolas is a light skinned male, who has short spiky black hair with bangs that are brushed to the right, and dark eyes. He also has a lean yet muscular body, with a large scar that runs diagonally from the center of his abdomen to his right thigh, as well as numerous small ones all over his body. He has a tribal tattoo across his upper back, extending to both shoulders. Compared to most males Nic is quite short.
His usual attire consists of a black blazer, worn unbuttoned above a grey shirt, and black trousers with a brown belt around his waist.Sometimes he may decide to switch up his style to a more street look, being clad in a regular black T-shirt or black tank top. His footwear is a pair of black boots which go underneath his trousers, and he's always seen wearing his tag around his neck. He usually keeps a standard katana within its scabbard on his left hip, secured on his belt.

Nico is mostly quiet and aloof even from people he likes. Occasionally he speaks out of irritation or when someone isn't able to understand his diction, but largely he doesn't bother to accommodate people who can't communicate with him. Though frequently irritable, he's also capable of small acts of kindness, such as playing with kids or steadying comrades when they are under the influence of genjutsu. He likes to pick on people and has a dark and sarcastic sense of humor. He also seems to enjoy fighting, as he often is seen smiling while in combat, a sadistic side of him which seems to accompany his thrill for blood. When fighting people weaker than himself, he is shown to toy with them for a while before finishing them.
Despite that, Nicolas cares for those close to him. He also doesn't seem to be the type to hold grudges against others, as he accepted Orochimaru as a friend and mentor despite their brutal experiments only days prior.

Chapter 1
Nico was born into the Uchiha clan a few years before the Third Shinobi War would casts its shadow upon the world. His father was a high ranking member of the Military Police Force of Konohagakure, while his mother was simply a retired prostitute. In fact, Nico's father used to be her "pimp", and he continues to display domestic violence behind closed doors until one day , his father had killed her. Under suspicion by the police, his father had been executed for his crime after he was caught attempting to destroy evidence at the scene. Nico had no siblings, so by the time his father had been killed, devoted all of his time to training his son whenever duty wasn't calling him, forcing him to investigate his own murder. The duo trained from sun up to sun down, attacking each other with an array of embers and weapons, in hopes to activate Nico's Sharingan by the age of 5, but to no avail. Nico's father constantly beat him out of anger, but he refused to kill his son for which it would be a waste of true potential. His father had assumed that maybe his son Nico was just a late bloomer due to his mother tainting his gene pool. Due to him being of Uchiha blood along with undergoing his fathers rigorous training, Nicolas was ready to kill Jonin level shinobi by age 6. At that age, he had only Fire style and ninjutsu mastered, but over his years, the kid enrolled within the academy where he had learned how to manipulate the remainder of the basic elements as well as kenjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu. Although young Nico has obviously skilled, he still had paled in comparison to his father who had unlocked his Sharingan at age 5 when he had experienced his mother being brutally murdered. His father constantly beat his son and wife, not only out of anger but also to see if one day, his son would finally grow a pair...of Sharingan and fight his father...but that day never came.In the wake of the Third Shinobi War, Nico was around 11 years old when he was recruited by the ANBU under Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage. Still having yet to unlock his sharingan , Nico wasn't at the pinnacle of his time as a shinobi, and he knew that fact. He didn't care thoughm for which he was still a force to be reckoned with even with the absence of his families beloved kekkei genkai. In the midst of the war, Nico along with an Aburame and a Nara, were assigned to a covert mission to locate the rumored "Hidden Sound Village", and assasinate the S-Class criminal known as Orochimaru. After recieving orders, the trio immediately took off, all clad in ANBU attire and masks. After a couple of days spent travelling, suddenly an eerie, stomach churning feeling had overwhelmed the team before massive pair of amber eyes with vertical slits for pupils could be seen feasting upon the three shinobi as if they were looking very appetizing. The sight would be followed by hissing and a diabolical laugh as if the ANBU had just treaded upon a snakes den. Only a single shard of sunlight would break through the mass of huge trees , finding a way between the huge leafy branches to the mulchy , moss carpeted ground below. Nico had already assumed the man they were looking for had found them first, how could they be tracked so easily? Was it barrier of some sort placed prior? Who knows.. but now it was Nico's time rise above and unleash his prowess and hit the snake with everything he's got...

Specialties| Being an Uchiha, Nico's natural affinity is Fire style and he has mastered it to the point that he only requires one handseal to do so. Knowing that Water style was Fire style's weakness, he managed to become proficient in that element as well just in case an opponent attempts to exploit that weakness. Due to his training in water style, Nico is able to perform it with accelerated handseals.
Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu | During his time in the academy , Nico honed his skills in multiple areas, making him a very diverse and formidable shinobi. His ninjutsu pertains in mostly using ninja tools and occasionally shadow clones. He had always knew his way around a sword , but his time in the ANBU increased his sword skills. Taijutsu and Genjutsu were taught to him by his father during their endless spars to the point that Nico knew how to force enemies into making moves in hand to hand combat using his wit as well as being able to deduce genjutsu and dispell it with ease.
