Yes it does, Sakura and tsunade woudlve been far to powerful and without any weaknesses due to their constant link to the forest via Byakugou.
And the whole hive mind thing would've probably made them immune from genjutsu
And imaging their strength amplified , it would probably crack a hole in reality itself

If Slug Sage exist Sakura can never achieve it sines you need tons of chakra reserves to balance it and tons of guts. Sakura has neither.
