Taijutsu is more than just physical abilities. Its also mental abilities, training, reflexes and technique. All of which Sasuke is indeed on par with Naruto and exceeds at certain points.

However, Sasuke cannot launch the kyuubi with his bare hands or take as much punishment as RSM Naruto. Thats what I mean.

I guess with his new upgraded chakra he can refine and use it properly like he always has in his prodigy days. That coupled with his double doujutsu and skill grants him great finesse and flow in combat.

They become true equals when theyre both at full power

Btw I'm not saying Naruto is weak, in his base mode he still has Hagoromo's chakra so he has all basic elements, his reserves with Ashura's body are easily above Hashirama's and he should still be able to use bijuu KKG, Mokuton and spam RS
