the pain they both felt physically and emotionally was awful, sasuke is in pain everytime he uses his trump card susano its less apparent near the end but every cell hurts he said, he saw his parents get killed by his brother
Naruto lets people hit him all the time like the cloud ninja and grew up watching kids walk out of class to their families and he walked back to a lonely apartment.

Im saying in total the physical pain they felt was probably even almost lol naruto took a shit ton of damage against pain and sasuke did againt the 5 kage and danzo and then naruto did during the war as well as sasuke.
they both hurt eachother evenly during their fights for the most part naruto probably took more physical punishment by quantity but sasuke took more by quality like killer bee stabbing him a ton
