Almost all characters whether they're dumb like naruto or not they're totally badass in design and character.
Naruto:
Naruto is suposedly dumb , on top of that he has his badass moments , I mean look at that design just flawless!!
Gaara:
I mean need I say anything? His hair color his eye liner , the Japanese word on his forehead! His design makes him so intigruing ! He is one of those characters that made me continue on watching naruto to see him in action

Not lying but pain is he one that made me ask about Naruto which led to me watching it! I swear just look at him the piercings the hairstyle the rinnegan the hair color the cloak . He's the definition of a badass design

It's Madara for crying out loud , his hair makes him badass enough said

His spiky hair , his amazing hokage cloak , his rasengan . His calmness . All these and more makes him a badass character . His jutsus too

His grey spiky hair , his character his jutsus! And that mask! One badass character

The beautiful Sakura , her short hair and war outfit fits her so much , not just that but that diamond seal makes her look more and more beautiful . Her power is badass that brute strength !

The most badass Naruto character Obito!! , how much he's badass? He sits infront the five kages without hesitating and tell them a bed time story as if they're his kids , yes he's that badass , the five kages are mere tools for his plans , he can solo them with Kamui GG . He sits there watching Sasuke fight Danzo like a boss!! He summons the kyuubi at the age of 14 , he fights a hokage at the age of 14 , he slaughters jonin at the age of 13 . No one can deny how much Obito is a badass .
Kishi knows how to draw and create charcaters , their designs are off the charts , they're so many! Unlike other anime u see only 1/100 characters who's badass .
