Restrictions: Bijuu mode, Susano

Scenario 2
Restrictions: MS and FTG

There's no point in restricting Bijuu mode as there is 0 reason a vs thread between Itachi and Minato (with any amount of Kurama chakra should even be made at all.) Make it alive Minato and restrict ftg.

Well with my restrictions Itachi still has Tsykuomi and Amaterasu, but I guess Minato would never fall for that. I'll add a scenario in the description

Bijuu mode isn't Minato's hax, Minato himself is a hax. So to even this out you're going to have to restrict Minato in general.

I don't agree. Minatos abilities fits perfectly with the shinobi world that was introduced to us in part 1. Where skill, tools and jutsu were all used in battle. I would say that Minato was the last classic shinobi. Definition should be clear in a minute.

Naruto hax abilities started with the susano, but didn't become common place until the war arc. Feats such as:
Bijuu mode
Eternal and perfect susano
Izanagi
Izanami
Controlled tailed beast bombs
Ten tails obito abilities
Jinchuriki Madara abilities
So6p narutos abilities
So6p sasuke abilities
Tsuchikage wrecking ability

Power started to mean more than skill in Naruto and that is the hax

those two aren't touching minato and battle won't last for more than a minute without susano.
Now scenario two is tough to decide. I'll still side with minato though, Because of rasengan. But itachi is slightly below if not equal of this minato.
