What is your honest opinion on Sakura?

All trolling aside, how do you actually feel about Sakura?

Me? A main character full of wasted potential. Her role was so insignificant it became so irritating, espcially because I really did have high hopes for her after the fight with Sasori. Even in Part 1 I thought her being a "Genjutsu Type" would allow her to connect with Sasuke somehow at some point in the story but again no, wasted talent and development. The hate for Sakura as a character is the only reasonable hate I see about the Naruto Manga.

Started out as your typical damsel in distress, got some good character development in early Part 2 only to be abandoned along with every other supporting character and ultimatively dismissed for the sake of pairings and forced future generation milking.

Kishi tries to hard to make her relevant in the story when she isn't even needed. Plus she's just a poor mans tsunade and gave her no unique abilities which took away from her character....along with her annoying ass attitude

I don't blame the character. I blame the author. The concept of her character isn't flawed... however, the same can't be said about her character development.

She was a very horrible character in part 1.. but Kishi did seem to try to redeem her in part 2..Pity it wasn't entirely successful though.
Nevertheless she was far better in part 2 and I'm pretty much okay with her lol

Perhaps she had some potential at some point, but what we got in the end was an unfulfilled and undeveloped character. A bad character. A generic character.
