How is shin literally never on top ten lists?

A sword wouldn't do anything to the third, Nagato has the reaction feats to Shinra Tensei it, Kabuto can liquify and Itachi has Susanoo's reaction feats to stop it.

He doesn't teleport them, he manipulates them. Plus, Naruto understandably had his guard down, and there is no reason for him not to seeing as the very blade that pierced him was in the safe hands of Sasuke. In a normal battle, no one's guard would go down like that.

Itachi reacted to Kirin with his Susanoo, man...and that hit the ground like....1000th of a second after Sasuke brought his hand down.
