Lol there's no cooldown for his Kamui like other people are implying.
You're right, he can keep it active for 5 mins straight but it resets if he's not continuously overlapping with something.
The weakness to Kamui would be fast or unnoticeable (faster than his warping speed or simply things he can't notice in time) attacks that don't overlap with his body. Having someone attack him from the other dimension would work if they're aware of where his body parts will appear and ofcourse, being able to land a hit while that body part is still there (while he's overlapping with something). Although in the end, if he's aware someone is in his dimension, all he has to do is eject them.
