Saying a seal wont work is ignorant since a seal worked on kaguya the most powerful being, there are seals that can seal his body from moulding chakra or stop chakra from going to his eye powers with enough time they can prepare anything in the heat of battle you dont see complicated very powerful seals besides the uzumaki chakra chains (technically fuinjutsu) because they take too much time to use. stop acting like having the rinnegan makes him immune from everything you faps every ninja can be sealed in some way

Except Yin/Yang seal is a RIKUDOU level seal, anything below that doesn't work on incarnates with Hagoromo's power. If chakra rods don't work nothing below that will

The only clan could possibly seal sasukes sage power is uzumaki and theyre all dead.thats also a stretch even for fanfics
