I doubt it. Only rasen techs he upgrades. At best he'll add senjutsu to it but even hashi did that.

Naruto didn't master anything. Naruto can't control those elements, it's the bijuus that do it for him.​

We've seen a lot of people who never used water or earth techniques receive Hashirama cells and instantly use Mokuton. Pretty sure Zetsu can't use water or earth, despite being made of Mokuton. The manga has consistently shown that the only prerequisite to use Mokuton is having Hashirama cells. Not sure why you're trying to suggest that it's any different for Naruto.
