Kaname arrived at the hospital and was lead into a room with a single chair and was told to wait and think about where he wished for his Curse Mark of Heaven to be placed. As he sat there he began thinking. He wanted it in the middle of his chest. So he took of his shirt for when the nurse or nurses finally arrived.

Sasuke strolls through the hospital at a leisurely pace, heading toward a room where a patient waited.Taking the chart from outside the door, Sasuke takes out a pen and begins going through the information found there. His associate nurse hadn't yet arrived, but he could go ahead and get some of the preliminary stuff out of the way.

With his joyful expression, he stumped into the room as he picked his nose with his pinky finger, flicking the bugger towards the wall. Luffy began by raising his natural resistence just in case the patient carried anything dangerous. He then rubbing his hands together while getting closer to the patient. He began channeling an aggressive type of chakra throughout his hands, completely cleansing them of any microorganisms or anything of the sorts, like his mucus for example.

He effectively increases the range of the cleansing process, completely killing off an bacteria or microorganism throughout the area that will be affected by the curse mark procedure. Upon finishing, Luffy deactivates his aggressive type of chakra and looks at Sasuke, whispering in his ear. "Pssttt, did I forget anything?"

You forgot to inform me about our new patient! said Barney as he walked into the patients room. He was happy that the nurses were doing their job properly and from the talk he could hear down the hallway as he was making his way up to the patient room, they seemed like a good team. Right beneath the thin layer of skin was the patients ribcage, thus why Barney pulled back quickly, while throwing a glance from a few angles to make sure that the cursed mark stuck. Everything seems fine. Congratulations, although you don't look like you're in best shape. Nurses, make sure the patient gets sufficient care for the next 3 days. And put some clean bandages over his torso. We don't want any infections entering through the bite mark. Upon finishing the procedure, Barney walked out of the room nonchalantly, with his hands in the pockets of his pants, whistling Always Look On The Bright Side of Life by Monty Python.

Luffy watched as the procedure took place. Blood leaked from the bite mark as Barney's fangs dug into the little tissue that was there. "Roger that!" responded Luffy to his superior while motioning his left hand over his forehead at a slight angle just like in the army. While biting his left thumb to draw blood, Luffy used his other hand to pull out his medical scroll as he unraveled it on a nearby medical cart. A poof of smoke appeared as a bottle of ethanol, a scalpel and sterile bandages appeared. Using the scalpel, Luffy cut a pierce of bandage, thereafter soaking it with ethanol in order to wipe clean the cut that was produced by biting his thumb. He then cut another piece and also soaked it with ethanol in order it run it through the patient's cursed mark area, cleaning the excess blood that had seeped through the bite mark.

Luffy proceeded to talk up towards the patient whilst focusing slightly aggressive chakra throughout his palms once again. Outstretching his arms as he put down the utensils and hovered his palms above the cursed mark area where the blood had been drawn. Luffy quickly began to cleanse any potential microorganisms or bacteria lingering around after the blood that escaped had been exposed to the atmosphere's oxygen and carbon monoxide. Following through, he deactivated the cleansing technique as he grabbed the roll of bandages and began carefully wrapping it around the patient's chest in a way that wouldn't hinder his movement much. "You're all set!" said Luffy with a smile plastered on his face.
