He used The healing jutsu, at it attacked Kiba entire chakra network at once.
Hinata may have x-ray vision, but Sakura/Tsunade knows the body better and can exploit them.

but this is a shounen not seinen so it isn't emphazised.

jyuuken is superior to all of them becuz it bypasses durability & as w e saw w/ kidomaru, can be applied from the extremities of the body( in his case, from his chakra web connected to his lungs from 100 meters away) while other methods need direct contact w/ a vital area
