They are clearly just overall equal. On that note, Naruto can still have Kurama increase his own power by absorbing the world's nature energy. Which is something Sasuke can't dish out power wise without Tailed Beast chakra on his side, not saying he'll completely loose (if they were to fight again in example) as he has other abilities in order to combat this raw power.

Regardless, that still doesn't change the fact that out of the two, Naruto is the only one whose capable of increasing one's own power to another level without plot induced add-one's.

PS: If you actually looked at the words carefully, this has nothing to do with Naruto > Sasuke. Even this post. Being the strongest doesn't equate to pummeling the other guy if he can still combat that power with other techniques.

Regardless, you'd have to be a fool to think that Naruto wasn't the strongest. Especially when Sasuke can't even dish out BPS if Naruto were to go full power with the World's NE at the boot.

Power wise, Naruto is still the champ. Unless of course Sasuke has Bijuu chakra on his side.

Bruh, why you bringing unrelated topics up in here? Chakra power has literally zero effect on the topic at hand. Fact is, none of what you wrote changes the fact that Naruto can lose to everyone I suggested in the OP, which, by default, keeps him from being the strongest in the world. Why? Because the strongest person in the world cannot lose to anyone.

Chakra does diddly squat in making someone the strongest, lmao. Look at Kurama when he's free.

Fact is, you're trying to downplay Sasuke by saying that without Bijuu chakra, Naruto is greater than him, which goes entirely against what Kishi has said, and is entirely contradictory. They're equal, so either Sasuke has the bijuu at his whim, and you're nerfing him; or Sasuke w/o them is equal to Naruto, and your comparison means jack. Either way, Sasuke is the strongest there is.

you just contradicted yourself with that last sentence...thus negating everything you typed in this comment...also am I supposed to believe that naruto uzumaki will just stand there and let orochimaru and kabuto perform the reanimation?...lmaooo
