she seems pretty powerful, and she seem have alot of people she can order to do what she wants.. as for vinsmoke judge he doesnt seem the likes that would hurt someone like sanji's mom.. im just saying i think she is worst trash than vinsmoke cos she didnt do anything to really help sanji, hell she didnt even help sanji to escape, like what kind of mom she is... seriously.... she piss me off.

How is it possible you ever obtained such distorted views? Judge Vinsmoke is a king, royalty, meaning his wive is a queen. Ergo she will have people serving her. Secondly she was ill and bedridden, how did she ever look powerful? Thirdly one of the main factors as why the Germa 66 are so feared, is the unquestionable loyalty and iron discipline of their army and citizens, so that there were many people against him, is highly doubtful as they have been thoroughly indoctrinated. Fourthly Sanji followed Judge almost the entire time in the earlier part of his life. It's only all the way at the end of the flashback he decided to really go against Judge by running away, which based on his reaction didn't even seem to be a rational option before and is something he came up with on the spur of the moment. Fifthly why would Sanji's mother even need a spy? If Sanji of all people was able to contact her, then it should have been ridiculously easy for the other Vinsmokes. So if they didn't visit her, it simply means they didn't want to visit. Also it's hardly a sign of rebellion to ask how your children are doing.

Nothing what you just said made any kind of sense and is completely baseless on all fronts. It's beyond me how you came to such conclusions, however what's the most striking here is that you use those twisted ideas to trash talk about Sanji's mod despite in the end we know nearly nothing about her =/
