This is his best look aside from Hebi, Chunnin, and Akastuki but this like^ it genuinely fits Sasuke and complements his Rinnegan & Sharingan

Kishi is trying to show that the ninja world is becoming more modern, so his characters are losing their "ninja" look for a more reserved one. That's the main reason why Naruto and Sasuke's hairstyles are so downplayed, and why the traditional neckbands have been folded down to more modern collars on all the cloaks. It's part of how Kishi conveys that world is rapidly transitioning to a new era.

That's the worst thing he's did the entire series. Sasuke is currently still "old school" even so. He went entirely too fast and I personally hated the idea and styles when I first saw them. Huge decline, espically by bringing in a new era of random kids we are suppose to care about just because.

If he really wanted to create a new series he could of done sooooo much better. Hell even reboot with Sasuke and Naruto camos to actually make us say, "okay so it's called Boruto and the plot is focused on him, but I'll see Sauce and Noodles still...dadadada..."

-Start with how Brouto was a baby, idk saw the popularity of his dad as a toddler and the praise, several times he tries to play with Naruto but is pushed aside, actually training, blah, just something. It instantly started off at the chunnin exams like tf?
