I am creating this thread to say which powers they were borrowed and basically what I said in title, if I missed anything please let me know and I edit when I have time:

Temporary powers which he has no access to anymore due to losing them

This base never changes. Always Naruto vs Sasuke. The only thing different is the Halloween themed background that actually makes Sakura look uglier than normal

How is this a Vs thread? I put all the powers gifted, given, handed, stolen, borrowed, etc of Naruto and Sasuke. If any members knows something I missed I will add it to the first post.

Naruto's chakra of the other beasts is really small, it cant be considered a power tbh

No need. Rinnegan grants wayy more than Base RSM. The tailed beasts chakras actually complete his RSM. So its more proper to list RSM as one power up with Bijuu chakras under it.

Rinnegan is self explanatory because it has numerous power ups.

Oh let me refresh your memory, before the power ups (SM, MS......) who was stronger ? Who are the one who cried because he was too weak ? Which one, despite being egale before the time skip, was unable to rivalize against his rival ? Who are the one who learning nothing despite being trained by a Sanin during 3 years ?

Kishi has destroy his manga with power up because Naruto was unable to rivalize against Sasuke without.

I don't know much series that uses borrowed powers to continue the story or power up the characters.

The main technical difference between naruto and sasuke's powers is that naruto earned his powers (whether its from bijuus or sm) whereas sasuke borrowed those powers.

Naruto beat the shit out of kyuubi so he earned his powers. BTW kyuubi was sealed since his 1st birthday without his consent.
Naruto saved the bijuus so he earned some proportion of their chakras in return.

On the other hand,Sasuke borrowed CM from orochimaru in order to fight itachi
Sasuke borrowed MS and EMS from Itachi.
Sasuke borrowed Juugo's CM
Sasuke borrowed Hashirama's chakra to die against madara
Sasuke forcibly took all of the bijuu's chakra out of ALL bijuus (still lost the fight though)

Therefore Naruto retained all of his power-ups whereas Most of Sasuke's powers were temporary just because he BORROWED them.
