Defeating Sasuke in cqc
Naruto would need to make short work of Sasuke in cqc and with SM he has just the right tools to do that. Once Naruto goes SM he'll easily dominate Sasuke in cqc. SM Naruto evasive feats are are above V1 3rd Raikage striking speed[

Naruto also has Frog Kata which uses a senjutsu aura that acts as an extension of their body and cannot be seen by anyone other than those who have trained in senjutsu. Countering Sasuke Ninjutsu
Countering Sasuke's Ninjutsu will be just as easy as countering him in Cqc. Variant ways of using raition is all he has. Sasuke Katon style isn't large at all[
