Suiton : Kisame, Nidaime is the silver medalist here.
Fuiton : Temari, Naruto had the most powerful fuiton, but one jutsu is not enought to be the best affinity user.
Doton : Tshuchikage
Raiton : Sasuke, cleary the best raiton jutsu is Raikage's jutsu, but like Naruto, one jutsu is not enought to make a master.


I excluded Kagura, Rikoudou and GodMadara for this classement, so what do you tkink ?

True, maybe Itachi should be better suited ? I assumed that Shisui is a gentjutsu user and with his MS's technique he would be the one....but we don't see Shisui other genjutsu....so Itachi should be first then ?
