But answering your question, it depends on what Kishimoto wanted to do with the story plotline.
Sakura being the mom, it means that Sasuke is supposedly living the happy ending of the Narutoverse, he coming back to Konoha, Naruto being Hokage etc.
Karin being the mom, it means that Sasuke is still involved with mysteries of the Narutoverse and dealing with its darkness. Which I think would be more realistic, but this is a shonen

Who knows. She looks nothing like Sakura, but on the other hand, the manga stated that it is Sakura. Still, this very manga also had stated that Tobi was Madara. I'd say we should expect a retcon at some point, but like I said, who knows. It's all up to the author. Not that I really care tbh.
