War on Clowns II

I remember when these sightings were few and between. It seemed to be a bad joke that has gone viral across the country, but instead of dying out, its slowly increasing, becoming more common. I didn't really care about the clowns until I encountered one a few days ago near a gas station. Clowns have been spotted in my area, 2 of them showed up on the local news to have been arrested by police.


Thoughts? Opinions?

Why are these people dressing up as clowns? Is it a coincidence this is happening across the country? Is the media blowing this out of proportion?

The only thing I could think of is that Halloween is coming up, so they wanted to spook some people for the holiday, but this has been happening weeks before october. idk.
