Yeah, anybody who read the chapter when it first came out knew this already. Sasuke has never had a combat encounter with Naruto where
1. Naruto held back for plot or "emotional" purposes
2. Wasn't already nerfed in some form

of course, sometimes this applies to Sasuke's end as well.
