The problem with saying "Solo" in NV

I always hear people saying their fav characters soloes. But seriously think about that.

Does Madara solo even though he stole SM, had body enhancements, was edo, and stole bijuu chakra?

Does Naruto solo even though he has Kurama and sage chakra?

Does Sasuke solo even though he had absorbed Oro's abilities, had CM, Itachi's eyes, and sage chakra?

Does my fav character Nagato solo even though he had someone else's rinnegan?

Now don't get rustled because even without the assists these previously mentioned characters have they obviously kick serious ass and deserve their high status. It's just that the word "solo" IMO means that a character defeats enemies with their own ability with no assistance in any form whatsoever, and in NV almost every character has had assistance.

So in short, in NV it's incredibly rare to actually "solo".

The word is just too overused and abused for our favs.

Why do they deserve that title though? Without those enhancements they might have been soloed by other characters who didn't have any enhancments at all.

Because solo means alone. Are there other entities and consciousnesses there? No.

They are fighting alone, despite fighting with borrowed powers.

The real problem with saying the word 'Solo' is that it's not 2012 anymore.

Also the entire theme of the series is that through messianic unity, the strength of the individual don't matter because Ninshuu links hearts & understanding on a global scale. If a character is 'soloing' in the NV...probably means they're ninja'ing wrong.
