That would be like saying Itachi wasn't about to solo Deidara by making him kill himself using Genjutsu. Naruto just used his brain and forced the Raikage into a place where he could strike a point in his body. If you don't count that as a solo, then by all means.

You do realize that Itachi was using Genjutsu to make Deidara kill himself by his own technique? Right?

Well, Genjutsu requires users to have a high intelligence, for what-ever reason. Since Naruto lacks intelligence by far, he kind of outsmarted the Raikage regardless without the need of Genjutsu, because he realized his weakness.

In Itachi's quote, 'Every Jutsu has a weakness' -- Can be transferred into 'everyone has a weakness' too.

Just depends on how the shinobi utilizes such said weakness into battle. On that note, I know Naruto doesn't solo much, he can't when Kurama is his main source of power. However he has solo'd a few enemies here and there when he's allowed to use his own powers.
