Um hell yes. The art of rap started with poetry cleverly rhyming words in a poem like verse while telling a story. That's literally the definition of rap. So if you can't tell a story and you rapping about nothing you are a worse rapper....

I LOVE when people make up there own basis behind what they feel rap/hip-hop is, because it's never accurate with what actual rappers (who they deem most credible) believe.

Eminem and Kendrick know this that is why they are actively trying to get on Mount Rushmore of Rap, that's all they care about, and they are obsessed with it. Well Eminem is already there (you can **** off if you don't think so) but you know what I mean.

Not to mention all of Drake's projects except the EP and TML are charting on Billboard, and if people weren't listening to them they wouldn't be charting still. Even ****ing TML re entered the Billboard charts out of nowhere a few months ago. 6 yr old album. Re entered a chart that counts streams.

But nah. No one's listening to Drake's old stuff at all.

Helllll no. Drake actually came calculated against Meek. Making multiple diss tracks, sending Charlamage the bottles, etc. Budden made like what? 6 diss tracks, and Drake DM'd him on IG telling him to make more. Like that was a joke of a rap beef, if you want to seroiusly call it that.
