Ah no, I'm pretty sure oro had sasuke sign a snake contract off panel. Manda(or whichever it's called) wasn't surprised he was summoned(in the deidara fight) he was surprised what sasuke did afterwards, plus I doubt it would of been easy for him to summon snakes after that had he not had a contract... just saying
