It wasn't really a loss anyway. Everyone knows that the fight obviously ended in a tie. Hell, even Naruto said that the fight isn't about a win or a loss.
But everyone knows that if Kishi didn't give Naruto the win (Even through unconventional means), Nardo faps like Michael would throw a hissy fit.
