Did Sasuke got the ability to rebirth since he has rinnegen

I was just wondering could it be that sasuke got rebirth technique after all he has rinnegen Sasuke I think maybe kishi underrated Sasuke because come on with rinnegen he should have powers like almighty push , universal blow but he only has one technique that's shown I mean Sasuke could have done a lot if he truly master rinnegen just wonder pain ability with ems,ms,susano,amaterasu,kirin ,lightning speed he could just wreck naruto easily

Sasuke had a plan to be immortal, it makes me wonder what he would have done to accomplish this. I'm guessing that he would have had Orochimaru as his right hand man, instructing him to make Senju/Uchiha hybrids who solely exist as vessels to use Sasuke's rinnegan in order to revive him. Something like that.
