Chakra doesn't need organs to live. Kurama in his full form is entirely made of chakra, but that doesn't mean he isn't also flesh and bone.

The example is fine, as the Jin Avatar is using Kurama's chakra to form a fluid and mallueable avatar. Unless you'd like to suggest that Kurama in his full form is able to stretch his limbs?

You forgot the fact that Kurama doesn't die. He comes back until it is sealed. Fact is he's a chakra monster, made entirely out of chakra. Chakra in his inner body is softer, as it was consumed by gin/kin. His outer body is completely different.

Portrayal would help Madara since I believe that the author wouldn't make him lose to Kurama with genjutsu restricted. Perfect Susano'o and Kurama are pretty much equal.

WHen did the author imply PS>Kurama. He said PS rivals bijuu power not that it was above it but you're right in saying they around the same level.
