Kirin is a Base Sasuke ability

I see a lot of dodging going on here so I'll aks a simple question again. If someone has the sharingan activated are they still considered to be in base?

My question mentions nothing about kirin, rinnegan or whatever else you guys bring up to dodge my simple question. It's a simple yes or no question.

kirin does not require sharingan or rinnegan or byakugan as simple as that which was op

Sharingan is kkg. It's an innate ability therefore base level for Uchiha dont be butthurt.

Base current Sasuke does have Rinnegan
Base Hebi Sasuke used for the the one with 3T since he has other enhancement
Base Naruto/Jins will have kyuubi/Bijuus inside them

Sharingan isn't required to use Kirin. Heated clouds are required.

Having something deactivated doesn't make it not their base ability. I.E Naruto has shadow clones doesn't mean hes not at base level using it. Sharingan is kkg meaning bloodline limit, like hakus ice or Muu's jinton. Dont be butthurt.

It's practically canon Sasuke can use Kirin at base level.

Pretty sure Sasuke has the sharingan activated in that scan you provided...

Thats why I bring superman here. Do you consider Superman as not in his base form when he fire a laser from his eyes or using X-ray vision? Both of this abilities need to be activated still. Same as Sharingan as it is part of Uchiha, their innate ability.

Tomoes Sharingan doesn't amplifies Uchiha battle prowess into different level like MS does. Think it like Sasuke activating his Tomoes Sharingan for precog and normal genjutsu same as Superman using his laser and X-ray Vision. Just Superman eyes in this case not changing shape.

I call out the fact that the scan he provided didn't match with that he was saying. Automatically somehow you confused that with me saying Sasuke can't use Kirin in base mode? Dude in all seriousness, no troll... Just because Sharingan is activate doesn't mean it is being used.

Depending on what's going on. Sasuke doesn't need kirin to use it, that's just like saying he need sharingan activate to use chidori.

That makes no sense. Sasuke has mastered the lightning element entirely and can use it with either hand.

It's different from Naruto, that's what I believe you're comparing it to. Lol just because Sasuke has rinnegan activate doesn't mean he's using it. Sasuke could have rinnegan active (key word) the entire fight and not use one ability from it technically he's still in base.

Sharingan is different, but it only predicts movements and can copy jutsu (which hasn't been used in forever). So basically anyone can predict movements, but sharingan I'll let you have I guess if you're reaching that hard.
