I'll be RP'ing as Ragna. You can still refer to me as OMega tho if you want. xD)You must be registered for see linkswaits for Omega Sensei while he looks at the forest drinking Coffee.
As you look at the forest you hear a splash behind you. If you were to turn around, you would see Ragna being drug out of a lake by two of his clones. They began to try CPR; however, Ragna bashed them all in the head.
"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING! If I was unconscious you two wouldn't be here. GO AWAY!"
Ragna's clones poofed away as he dusted himself off and squeezed some water out of his jacket.
"Oh hello. You must be my new victimstudent . I'm Ragna and one of my dreams is to acquire the signature dishes of every country. Tell me about yourself and everything you know about water. Oh yeah whatever you do...don't try to host an underwater party with your clone friends. It isn't as fun as it sounds. 0_0"

Water forms the basis of life on Earth. It exists in many forms of Water Vapour, Ice and Liquid Water. Water represents purity and fertility in the general sense.
As an element, it is strong to Fire as water extinguishes it and weak to Earth because Earth weakens the force of Water. It is used either by manipulating water from outside sources like Oceans, Rivers and Lakes, or manipulating the water from your own body or by creating it from the moisture in the air (Which highly skilled water users can do like Tobirama). It can be used along with Lightning and Wind to great effect which makes Water a very versatile element.
10/10 element, worth learning it. U_U

Water or water jutsu, can be created from water sources, yourself(within), and moisture in the air. It is true that it can be combined with ration, but it can also be combined with wind to aid in its overall impact. It can be combined with certain earh techs to create a mud based attack, and lastly (though not common) it may be combined with fire to create blinding steam. (This is usually created by opponents clashing with fire and water. This can help of hinder you. Some techs even create a syrup like sticky substance which only adds another dimension to it.
CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, this is an RP. Many jutsu are used for battling, but never forget to have fun and be creative when you get the chance. I think this base truly shines when you discover things beyond fighting. If you ever have moments where you feel discouraged you can contact me anytime. ^^

Daichi took the piece of paper in his right hand from Omega Sensei and sat down in the shallow stream. He then closed his eyes and started to focus on the stream. He then started to feel how the stream of water flowed by touching his body. After that he started to imagine a stream of water swirling inside his body. He then with some concentration manipulated the stream to become water chakra and swirl in his body. After that he sent the chakra to his right hand and into the paper which ended up turning it wet.
"It's done".

SY: Once upon a time...there was a young knight named Scorps. He struck down injustice with his sword and defended peace with his shield.

OOC: okay so here you will be creating fist a sword and then a shield. Both have similar concepts of creation. Neither will require a water source. First you will make the sword. Remember how you create suit on chakra, use that and combine it with the vapors in the air to begin to create water. Continue to apply chakra to use shape manipulation. This is how you give your Jutsu form. In this case you are creating a sword. Now you can't have a swishy flimsy sword so use further manipulation, through chakra, to harden/stiffen the sword somewhat so you can cut and slice as you would with a normal sword.
Next you will create a shield. You will create the water through your arm and use the same methods as before. Create, shape, manipulate. The shield should also have some solidity to it, or else it would be a pointless defense.

Everything that had happened had gone over Daichi's head. He decided to ignore everything and focus only on making a Sword and a Shield.
He then started concentrating on the chakra within him. He imagined his chakra like the lake, calm but in constant movement. As he imagined his chakra like that it became water chakra which gave him a cold sensation in his body. After this Daichi emitted his water chakra into the air to manipulate the water droplets present in the air. Just like the Lake, all the Water droplets moved in unision to form a mass of water around Daichi's hands.
Next up, Daichi imagined a sword in his mind. He then manipulated his Chakra in the mass of water to cover his Right Hand and form a Sword. This sword was fluid it's shape was not fixed. Using Shape Manipulation, Daichi made the water on the outside of his sword rigid which ensured that the water sword was rigid and could be used for attack. Next up he imagined a Shield and used the remaining mass of water to form a Shield in His Left Hand. He once again used Shape Manipulation to makes his Shield rigid and hard so that it can be a good defense.
"It's done" Daichi said happily.

LMFAOO, You learned these jutsu you'll probably never use. Also the shield is actually created from your arm. I say that to show the difference in the next jutsu. xD

Me: *sigh* you heard em. First you'll channel your chakra into the lake and then use your suiton chakra to create small waves. It is worthy to note you don't need a water source but you can use one. This will also create small blasts, and shields of water. This is probably what you were thinking earlier. This jutsu most likely creates the small shields from thin air, although the other one is more suited for taijutsu battling.
Nextm once we are on board, you will channel your chakra into the lake to create a thick mist that not even the sharingan can see through (because its colored with your chakra, and you are also the same color, so they can't detect you that way. I imagine the byakugan can see you, and sensors can definitely sense you. You can release this from your mouth, but it is more effective, and faster when the mist is created from a water source. Most decent Rp'ers can get through this though using a strong enough wind jutsu or having a way to find you. If anything, this jutsu at least helps sever eye contact with sharingan users. The other problem is that you might need to have a way to sense the enemy yourself.

The mood on the ship was pretty jovial thanks to the antics of Omega and Scary Yamato. Daichi smiled inwardly as he listened to Omega sensei instructions. Daichi then went to the rails of the ship and peered into the lake to see his reflection. Seeing his face reflected off the calm waters of the lake, he felt a sense of oneness with the lake. It was as if the lake was calling out to him.
"Let's do this", Daichi thought as he jumped off the ship and landed on the lake. Concentrating chakra on his feet, Daichi was able to stand on the lake's surface. Daichi then focused on his chakra and imagined it like a lake, calm and fluid. He then spread the chakra to his feet and then transferred it to the lake. Once his chakra was in the lake, Daichi caused the chakra to move rapidly causing small waves to be foremd which caused the ship to move slowly.
"That worked well" Daichi thought as he saw the ship moving slowly along the lake's surface. He now started to focus his chakra for the next technique. He then transferred even more chakra into the lake and caused the water to cool down. The cooling down of the water's surface caused the water in the air above to cool down also forming mist. After this Daichi transferred his chakra to the mist and caused it to spread all around the lake. As the mist spread, the surroundings started to become hazy and the ship slowly disappeared in the mist.
"It's done", Daich thought as he waited for Omega Sensei and Scary Yamatao to find him in the mist.

Also Byakugan can't be blinded by light/matter, they have X ray, telescopic vision, and they also have heat vision. The ship begins moving, and it gains the Ominous feel as the mist forms around the boat. Ragna goes through the mist searching for his student while also making snide remarks about SY's antics. He then feels water....leaking....through the mast?
"HOW THE HELL IS IT LEAKING UP THERE!"
SY here's Ragna and then bumps into him as he explains that he was testing out a jutsu in which he fills wood with water to make it buoyant. Ragna facepalms in epic fashion and then uses his fuin sensing barrier to located Sam as it relies on movement.
"Listen SY is trying to get us killed...could you use your Suiton to go up there and plug up the mess he made. >_>"

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.
You create a whip from your hand by forming the handseals and channeling your chakra and then releasing it in the form of a whip. It is fairly weak and I never used it, but could potentiallly be useful in certain terrains. (Forest maybe). Once you wrap around a target you can channel lighting to shock enemy. I'd be careful of lightning techs as well while using this. Most ninjas will be able to counter, so I personally would only use this in supplementary ways or to counter B rank fire if it is your best option.
(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
This is a good jutsu because it gives you a taste on the versatility of the element. The jutsu itself will probably be countered easily by high ranked ninjas but it is a pretty cool to see suiton used in a different form. Now it can be avoided (if used as a pool of sticky liguid on the ground) by channeling chakra on yourfeet and walking across it. Potential uses would be trap setting to slow down moving opponents. Best used if you have a way to conceal the trap with gen or other means. (Smoke, mist etc). Anyway perform the handseals and focus on changing the properties of suiton to a sticky adhesive before you expel it.
Sam while standing on the calm waters of the lake was able to hear Ragna Sensei screaming about Scary Yamato doing his weird antics again. "Something seems to have troubled Ragna Sensei", he thought as the ship finally comes into his view. As the ship comes into view, Sam sees the mast leaking water and is amazed at such a sight. However, upon hearing Scary Yamato's explanation he understands the phenomenon and thinks "Ironical, instead of keeping the ship afloat, the technique will end up sinking it". Sam is distracted from his thoughts upon hearing Ragna Sensei telling him the instructions on how to stop the mast from leaking.
After Ragna Sensei finishes giving the instructions, Sam thinks in his mind "It's time for action". Sam makes the Rat → Dog → Ox seals in sequence after which he focuses his chakra inside of him and visualizes it as a stream of water. He then transfers the chakra to his hand which leads to the formation of a long whip of water.
Sam then throws the water whip towards the mast and binds it there. After that he gives a jerk to the whip causing the whip to pull him towards the mast. As Sam lands in the Crow Nest, he becomes drenched with the water falling from the mast. He was annoyed that his clothes were wet but nonetheless he starts focusing his chakra for the next technique by making the Ram → Tiger seals in sequence. As Sam prepares his chakra he sensed that the water chakra was responding to him and was easier to control than the previous attempts. "Interesting" he thought as he imagined his water chakra as a vicious mass of slime. He then transferred his chakra to his hands and then to the mast.
As the vicious mass of water came out of his hands, Sam manipulated it to go upwards and surround the mass. As this was done, the water leaking from the mass reduced and then completely stopped. As the Crow Nest and his clothes started to dry under the Sun's blaze, Sam looked downwards towards Ragna Sensei and Scary Yamato and shouted "The Mast has been fixed !"
Ragna released a great sigh of relief as he heard his student state the mast was fixed. Ragna knew that was only a temporary fix and that they might need an entirely new boat thanks to Scary Yamato. He cut SY a harsh glance as if to say WTF. He could not even......lord.
Okay just pretend Scary Yamato isn't even here...*sigh* we are a bit undermanned. So use your Suiton chakra to create another...you...yeah. It will be a clone comprised of water, but it will still look like you. You might want to look into your reflection in the water if you have trouble. It can also perform Suiton techniques up to C rank that you know so don't be afraid to use this clone during this trip.
Ragna could hear the sounds of other ships throughout the fog/mist that was still pretty prevalent. Ragna began to sweat as he realized he had...warrants.....Ragna quickly erected a sensing barrier and then turned to his student with a nervous smile.
"Yo do me a solid. Channel your chakra into the mist to open up a a small hole to let sunlight through. It will light up this mist and make it so that they can't see us. Don't ask questions, it is all for a good reason I will make up later. ^^"
(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.
[FONT="]Its a clone that can perform C rank water techs. This could be useful against weaker enemies, and can at least serve as a distraction against average RP'ers, but as fights get tougher, this becomes less useful, especially if you can use the regular shadow clone technique.

Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu
This is unique, but not all that strong or useful. You see, you need the mist to perform this. Most people have ways to stop the mist unless they are weaker enemies. Now they already can't see you, due to the mist and if they can see you, then they have the byakugan, or sensing. Now think about this, what is a blinding light going to do to someone who already can't see you? Or against someone with a byakugan or sensing. I suppose and could prevent them from seeing an attack, but without going on the offensive after you make the mist, you give the opponent an opportunity to blow the mist away along with you. LOL, so its not all that great, but it is pretty creative.
Sam listened to Ragna Sensei's voice very clearly. After he had relayed the instructions, Sam climbed down form the crow's nest to the deck by using the ropes attached to the Crow's nest. He gave an angry look to Scary Yamato but he just s******ed. Sam goes to the ship's railings and jumps overboard. As he lands on the lake, he uses chakra control on his legs to float on the water. Sam then looks down to his reflection on the lake. He then closes his eyes and concentrates on the water chakra within him. He makes the Tiger Seal and then manipulates the chakra to make an image of himself in his mind. As he streams the chakra from his legs to the lake, he molds the water of the calm lake to form a duplicate of himself. As he opens his eyes, he sees that the water clone is sloppy at some ends. He closes his eyes and concentrates on the water chakra again and his water clone molds itself again and forms an exact copy of him.
Sam smiled as he said out loud "Wow, that's cool". Sam looks back to the ship and sees hazily Ragna Sensei waving his hand implying him to continue. Sam then looks at the mist surrounding him, touching his hands and his feet. he then once again focuses water chakra in his hands and transfers it to the mist. Imagining the mist to spread and open a hole in the sky in his mind, he manipulates his chakra accordingly and the mist spreads and a hole is created in the sky from which sunlight streams through. The resultant sunlight would end up blinding the people on the other ships who were zoning in on their location.
Sam then manipulates the mist to make seeing the ship easily. He then shouts "Ragna Sensei, it's done" as he waits for his Sensei's next move.
Understood the clone technique.
I think the Mist Eye deprivation technique can be useful. If an enemy gets surrounded by mist, he won't close his eyes because he could still see some distance into the mist. Closing your eyes means you lose the facility of one sense that of vision and it might make your reaction to the opponent's counter slow. If you have Byakugan, you would have to keep your eyes open, as far as I know you can't use the Byakugan if your eye is closed (Aio uses an eyepatch, but when his Byakugan is active, it is shown to be open). If you use the blinding technique, you can catch your opponent's off guard by blinding them by overloading their sense of vision. That off guard moment is where you can use a technique which the enemy cannot react to properly.
