Its one of those rare once in a life time chances Alice gets to wear her "teacher" attire. Strolling through the foyer of her mansion, she would take a moment to look in the mirror as she made sure her glasses were in order, her suit nice and clean and overall appeal screamed "Alice-sensei". That being said, trails out and to her surprise she meets quite the eccentric looking fellow. She took out some documents and reading them, she registers his name into her mind.

" Greetings Godot-san! My name is Alice Nakiri, but you may me Alice-chii or Alice-sensei. As much as I'd love to chat about myself, its been a rough week having to deal with a lot of food shipping orders, Shokugeki's and all sorts of management stuff and such. Lucky enough I have some spare time today to show you the ways in the clan arts. So...as a Bud Rank, you literally can't learn anything but we will work this out after you explain to me what you know about our Kekkai Genkai. Who are we as the Ganmi Clan? "

Alice said as she sat down in the center of the hall, in a throne like design of a chair.

To receive a lesson from the Ganmi clan head herself had to be a stroke of luck. Here Godot could enjoy his 4th cup of coffee within a comfortable mansion as opposed to some run-down training field. The clan head enters, definitely looking the part of a teacher, and introduces herself before taking a seat right in the center of the place.

"It's shame i won't be hearing about your adventures Usagi-chan but i suppose more important matters come first. This is what i've gathered about the Ganmi. We aren't exactly a close-knit group. The members of the clan are born into various communities which they blend into appearance wise. Yet at the same time we lie on the more attractive side of the spectrum which gathers rather useful attention. No matter what clan we are born into their abilities are not passed on to us, those pertaining to the Ganmi always prevailing. These abilities basically stem from an extraordinary sense of taste aided by one's chakra. It is advanced to the point of being able to locate and distinguish different flavors from a distance, even those produced by chakra. Some other non-passive abilities range from a form of genjutsu induced through taste, as well as the manipulation of one's saliva to produce a variety of effects. That's about all i can remember right now. Maybe once i've reached my 6th cup..."

His last sentence trails off while he's turning over a mug to drain the rest of the hot liquid down his throat.

Usagi...ahem. I'll pretend that was a voice in my head, but yes that is quite the basic idea of the clan. The three basics being: Taste Sensory, Saliva Manipulation and Ganmi Genjutsu - but we will start off with the more passive approach which is our taste sensory. At your level - you can sense things roughly 50 meters away but as you progress forward you will gain a much wider range and better memorizing of tastes. Now then, as of right now as we sit here - I have four containers set up among the grounds of the mansion. I can sense and tell you what are in the containers , but you can't as they are set at a fixed distance of 120 meters.

In order to advance and start to progress you'll need to extend your range. So using your chakra throat your mouth and using this - enhance your sensory range and determine the contents in each container set to the four coordinal points. Begin!

I should really get back to this.

"Ha..! Give no less than 300 percent. It's one of my rules. I'll be done in no time."

Godot opens his mouth slightly to make things a bit easier in preparation for the task at hand. He begins focusing on the sensations received by his tongue and is bombarded with a multitude of flavors throughout the mansion. That won't do, he thinks, and proceeds to distinguish these flavors from one another until he can acutely grasp each object at the edge of his sensory range at 50 meters. This process has become second nature for him. There's my limit. Now i give it a little push... Concentrating on extending his perception beyond his normal range, Godot increases the flow of chakra to his tongue which in turn gradually increases its sensitivity, allowing Godot to perceive more distant flavors he couldn't before. 70 meters...90...110...almost... The radius of his sensory field widens to the point that he could sense each container at the positions Alice mentioned and identify them all individually. From them he gets a sense of something metallic, something flammable, something familiar but tainted, and a creature of the avian variety. With a knowing smirk he lists them.

"North: Gold coins. No pirates. South: A lump of coal. Festive. West: A lukewarm Cappuccino. No thanks. East: A parrot. I could be wrong about the pirates. Is that enough for you Usagi-chan, or should i name the species of parrot?" :coffee:

Godot procures a new mug of coffee from seemingly nowhere and begins working on that as he awaits his teachers response.

Good; now that we have extended your reach even further than before you are now treated as a Taester among the clan. This means you can now fully sense things with your Taste Sensory up to 120m around you. It also means you are now eligible to learn the first set of clan arts! So with that being said - I introduce you into Ganmi Genjutsu. This type of illusions are as you can easily tell, are targeted towards the opponents primary sense of taste and smell. Using our abilities, we produce a pheromone toxin from our mouths or body in which we then guide towards the targets nose and or mouth. This is when things get interesting; as there are several things happening in which this induction begins. These are Fundamental Effect - Flavor , Primary Effect - Illusion, Secondary Effect - Emotion and lastly Aftertaste.

The first three phases happen all at once, the Fundamental these deal with the main body of the Gamni Toxin and it is used to modulate the taste in order to get the whole variety of flavors possible. This allows the user to mimic any taste, and is used to give certain hues of flavor to every technique, or simply be used to create more diverse and realistic flavors. In essence, it means any genjutsu cast by a Ganmi can have a different perceived flavor, apart from the illusion the toxin triggers. This flavor will stay present throughout the duration of the illusion and cannot be hidden or masked by the illusion itself; its the trigger, the signature but also the weakness of the skill.

The primary effect is the illusion triggered by the Toxin. It works similarly to any normal Genjutsu, where the chakra, carried and inserted by the pheromone-based toxin, is absorbed by the Taste and Smell receptors of the target and carried on to the brain, where they will disturb the chakra system and create an illusion, following the rules of Genjutsu. These do not necessarily pertain to Taste-based illusions, they can be as diverse as normal Genjutsu in terms of effects.

The secondary is essentially the difference between Ganmi Genjutsu and normal Genjutsu, as the pheromones , unlike other Genjutsu, can infuse the target with different Emotions, varying in degree, that will condition the target when perceiving the Illusion. We will go over the basic five illusions that are within the clan’s presentation later on.

And lastly After taste is the remnant of the Ganmi Genjutsu after it is countered. For twice as long as the Ganmi Genjutsu was in place, the target will still experience the fundamental flavor that triggered the technique. This will mean that the target will taste that (bitter, sweet, etc) despite being out of the illusion which in turn will prevent him from tasting any other Ganmi Genjutsu within that time frame.

Now that I covered the basics of Ganmi Genjutsu, are you ready to see what it can actually do?

She said towards the man as she began to knead her chakra into her mouth, releasing a toxin into the air as it begins to surround the area. It was intensifying as it begins to pollute the nose of her trainee.

Not as late as before...progress. U^U

Godot pays close attention to his teacher's explanation of Ganmi-style genjutsu. It turns out to be more elaborate a process than he expected, which makes him eager to try it himself. "It's ingenious, really. I can't wait to..." Godot trails off as he notices the toxin spreading around the room. By now he knows its futile to try and avoid it, left with no choice to to drink it up. He's still grinning as he does so, this being a rare opportunity to experience her genjutsu firsthand.

Alice would simply smile, a smile that radiated in confidence. She walked towards Godot, with such elegant steps with each strut made, such an arousing flavor of spiciness flooded his tongue as she moved up towards his face. Alice placed her hand onto his chest, her red eyes locted into his own as a lush red favor appeared from out of her mouth. It slowly ran it’s way into his nose as the perfume she exhaled attracted him, creating such a blissful look in the man’s eyes. Oh the delightful feeling he had, as though he had finally some peace in his life, happiness. The great feeling of being overjoyed, like a young child screaming on christmas morning after getting the latest toy. A mother giving birth to her first born child, or winning the lottery. Once, the vapor ended Alice smiled while stepping back away from Godot as she dispelled the illusion herself.

Normally I don’t get so personal with my clanmates but i guess you will be an exception. That was one of the first techniques of the clan; Harvest. It’s a rather unique twist of the False Surrounding Technique allowing you to alter the environment as much as you desire. You can also do it to inanimate objects, that being something with my illusion you need to figure out, seeing how happy it made you.

She said after a short time, Alice paced back a few feet as she continued to give out further instructions.

Now it’s your turn, do the same to me and let’s see what you can do. Also don’t use the same emotion I did.

I...i've got nothing. See you again independence day <.>

For just a moment Godot had forgotten about everything to indulge in his newfound euphoria. Her scent, a pungent red, was intoxicating. He could not look away from the smiling beauty before him. That was before the illusion ended and he was returned to his dreadful reality. His grin faded and he took a sip from his cup but still tasted that overwhelming spiciness on his tongue. He nearly gags. "Lucky me. I don't know whether to call that a blessing or a curse. False surroundings was one of my go-to genjutsu. Now that Harvest is in the picture, she won't be getting a call from me anytime soon."

Smiling once again, he pauses to mold chakra in his mouth, spreading a toxin of his own creation through the air. Once Alice has taken it in she would taste something suspiciously sweet on her tongue. The mansion would appear to extend upward but so does Godot. It is her who has shrunk, diminished to the size of a child. Her surroundings also darken, leaving her alone and vulnerable. There are pheromones in Godot's toxic that causes fear to set in. The light seems to expose all of her weakness, her failures. She could feel stares, a pricking of her skin, yet find no one. At any moment a blade could pierce her from the darkness and end her life. Then it ends, dispelled on a whim. Godot isn't in front of her anymore. He's sitting in her seat, slowly stirring the rest of his drink. "How was it? Not as strong as Godot blend #88, i think, but just as dark."

You learnt:
( Ganmi Genjutsu: Mihoufu ⋓ Minori ) Taste Illusionary Arts: Fruitful Bounty ⋓ Harvest
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: D-S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Points: 10-40
Damage Points: 20-80
Description: Harvest is one of the basic applications of the Ganmi Genjutsu. It is versatile in terms of effects and chakra cost in order to cover a wide range of applications, as well as accompany the user in terms of hierarchy within the clan, with lower clansmen having access to lesser ranks. Here, the user will use the Primary Taste of the Illusion to change how the opponents perceives the world around them with the 5 basic senses, similar to False Surroundings. It does not change how the targets see people, animals, or even themselves, only creates or alters terrains, and inanimate objects or beings. The Secondary Taste allows the user to alter the way the opponents feel their surroundings, or how the surroundings make the opponents feel, based on the 5 basic Ganmi Emotions, as stated in clan's description. They fall under one of 5 category:
• Anger: The changes done to the terrain will be perceived negatively. This is usually meant to create a decoy of focus onto the surroundings, rather than entities within the battlefield. The target will chase after the terrain or target the terrain or a specific inanimate object. Ex: Create a red curtain behind the opponent, which will prompt him to direct his attacks at the curtain. A wall created with this will be a target to destroy, not to avoid.
• Disgust: This is meant to guide the target away from the terrain creations, and guide them into a specific place or just make them lose focus on their surroundings or specific directions. The target will be disgusted by the terrain constructions and move away from it. Ex: Create a wall of mucus that will prompt the target to move away from it, or go around it, not targeting it but rather avoiding it.
• Fear: This is meant to paralyze or make a person suspect of the terrain changed. The object of the illusion will cause great fear upon the target. Ex: Create a black wall that will seem too big, too imposing, too insurmountable for the opponent to destroy or evade, or do anything but stare at it.
• Happiness: This is meant to calm and attract the target to the terrain feature. This could attrack someone into it, or guide them in this way. Ex: Create a yellow pillar which the target will focus on and travel to, rather than avoiding or wanting to destroy.
• Sadness: This is meant to remove the will of the opponent into doing anything. The terrain will elicit more extreme action of either defend from it or attack it. Ex: Create a blue wall that saddens the opponent, making him sad and exhausted and prompt him to do something gratifying, either destroy it or hide from it.

A person targeted by this technique can still perceive damage from the surroundings, being constricted or even cut, but only as external damage. Given the different method of casting, and the additional properties, a clansmen, especially newly started, does not require Genjutsu in order to use this technique though Genjutsu is required to use it to it's fullest potential. Without Genjutsu knowledge, the user will be able to attach an emotion to an aspect of the terrain, without actually creating a complex Primary Taste illusion, which requires Genjutsu mastery. Non-Genjutsu usages make, for example, trees appear darker or lighter, depending on the tone of the emotion, but can't be considered anything but premature Genjutsu. The rank of the user and the opponent play crucial point. Rather than wanting to move away or towards something, one can feel just an hesitation or a unforcefull will to go that can be ignored, if the difference is too big and the opponent too strong.

The user is required to describe a spread of toxins through the air 1 turn before he/she is able to perform this technique, or have had an active Saliva technique in the previous turn within 10 meters range of the target(s).
Taester require 4 handseals in order to cast this technique. They can only use it up to C rank. Biiter require the same number of handseals but can use up to B rank. Savor require 3 handseals and can use it up to A rank. Paladar require 2 handseals and can use it up to S rank. A Flavoron Paladar and the Candymaker require only 1 handseal.
Having Genjutsu as the Primary Specialty allows the user to shave 1 handseal from the total required.
All the inherent restrictions of the Clan apply to this technique.

Such a whimsical little one is Godot, Alice would raise from the ground after experiencing the illusion. She eyed him once more, sitting upon her chair, she would smirk as a small amount of permafrost would form around the seat - keeping his arms bounded to the chair. She moved once again towards him, at least that is what should've been the case - she slide her hands onto his pale colored hand, the permafrost doing a wonderful job of keeping him still while a rush of mint flavor flushed his personal. The hand moving along touched the permafrost, morphing into a icy silver color as it slide deep into his skin, properly cutting the skin open - fresh crimson liquid become known to the world abound. Surely it felt amazing, did it not? You feel no pain, only an unsettling feeling as though you wanted to destroy me, you wanted me gone , that boiling core made your blend look like child's play.

What about this one, my coffee loving subordinate? How do you feel about me, my permafrost sinking deep into thy skin? Fufuuf. This the second technique, Banquet which allows me to create illusions based on your perception of me, creating illusory people of techniques of mine.

She asked him and explained, breaking the illusion after but keeping him bounded to the chair.
(Hokkyoku āsurirīsu: Fuyu no Sasayaki)- Arctic Earth: Whispers of Winter
Type: Supplementary/Defensive/Offensive
Rank: C-S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15-40
Damage: 30-80
Description: The most rudimentary technique of the release. By focusing Arctic Earth chakra throughout the body and/or surrounding earth the user is able to create tools and constructs made of permafrost. These can range from simple a kunai to a full length staff in terms of weaponry as well as walls, pillars, and other complex shapes. They can be formed from the earth up to mid ranged of the user and carry a certain malleable property in that, whenever the user comes in physical contact with his creations he can will them change shape and re-purpose (for example a kunai morphing into a tanto) but not rank (meaning the new tanto would remain the rank of the kunai). The size of these creatioms are directly proportional to the amount of chakra expended with S ranked variants ranging as big as the canon 'Destructive Earth Rising Pillars'. As per the properties of Arctic Earth, whenever these constructs come in contact with exposed skin it leaves it painfully frostbitten as the element is very frigid. With the seal of confrontation the user can manipulate said constructs up to long ranged of his person.
Note (s):
- S ranked version can only be used 4× per match.
- No S-Rank or above Arctic Earth techniques on the next turn (after the S-Rank version is used)
- Morphing of constructs cost 10 chakra each time done but doesn't take up a move slot.

( Ganmi Genjutsu: Satoukashi ⋓ Shuen ) Taste Illusionary Arts: Sugary Pastry ⋓ Banquet
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: D-S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Points: 10-40
Damage Points: 20-80
Description: Banquet is one of the basic applications of the Ganmi Genjutsu. It is versatile in terms of effects and chakra cost in order to cover a wide range of applications, as well as accompany the user in terms of hierarchy within the clan, with lower clansmen having access to lesser ranks. Here, the user will use the Primary Taste of the Illusion to change how the opponents perceive others, based on the 5 basic senses, similar to Myriad of Mockingbirds. It does not change how the targets sees the terrain or themselves, only creates or alters people or animals, and any techniques other people or the illusionary people use. The Secondary Taste allows the user to alter the way the opponents feel about others or thrown techniques, or how they make the opponents feel, based on the 5 basic Ganmi Emotions, as stated in clan's description. They fall under one of 5 category:
• Anger: The changes done to someone else will evoke destructive sentiments, opponent will want to target that person aiming to destroy it. Ex: Put the face of the target's enemy on someone else, prompting him to attack him.
• Disgust: This is meant to guide the target away from person, and avoid him/her without paying attention to small details like handseals or whatever they're saying. Ex: Make someone's hands turn into pus, which will prompt the target to avoid that person or even looking at their hands.
• Fear: This is meant to paralyze or make a person suspect he person affected by the illusionary change. The object of the illusion will cause great fear upon the target. Ex: Create the face of a dead person behind someone, which will cause fear upon the target when looking at that person.
• Happiness: This is meant to calm and attract the target to the person. This could attract someone into it, or guide them in this way. Ex: Make someone's face look like a cute puppy, prompting someone to get close to them.
• Sadness: This is meant to remove the will of the opponent into doing anything. The person will elicit more extreme actions of either defend from it or attack it, but mostly just disable the target. Ex: Turn someone's face into their dead allies, prompting them to become exhaustively sad.

A person targeted by this technique can still perceive damage from the illusions, being constricted or even cut, but only as external damage. Given the different method of casting, and the additional properties, a clansmen, especially newly started, does not require Genjutsu in order to use this technique though Genjutsu is required to use it to it's fullest potential. Without Genjutsu knowledge, the user will be able to attach an emotion to an aspect of the other beings, without actually creating a complex Primary Taste illusion, which requires Genjutsu mastery. Non-Genjutsu usages make, for example, animals appear darker or lighter, depending on the tone of the emotion, but can't be considered anything but premature Genjutsu. The rank of the user and the opponent play crucial point. Rather than wanting to move away or towards something, one can feel just an hesitation or a unforcefull will to go that can be ignored, if the difference is too big and the opponent too strong.

Playfully smirking in his recently acquired throne, Godot felt his blood run cold. The culprit: A frigid chill locking him to the chair. He caught the rabbit's gaze as she approached him, trying to deduce what was going through the clan head's head. One's imagination would immediately assume something quite pleasant or unpleasant was about to happen to him. That's one problem with being an attorney, he can be optimistic and skeptical at the same time. Her warm hand grazed his, and...mint? The overwhelming flavor assaulted him and so did she. Painlessly, the ice near her hand pierced his skin and drew blood. Simultaneous thoughts raced through his mind like, "Let the torture begin", "Is this what she's into? Knew it.", and "This is a genjutsu." They were soon drowned out by new thoughts which made a vein bulge in his head. Someone might've looked at Godot and thought an extremely handsome man in a suit would never harm a beautiful woman. But then they'd see a stone arm emerge from Godot's mouth and clutch Alice's head like a grapefruit. Coincidentally, the genjutsu was broken and her skull left intact. The arm crumbled to pieces on the floor. That said, he still sounds irritated.

"Ha...! Now you've crossed the line Usagi-chan. You made me watch the life leave my lover's eyes." He motioned his head to the cup in his hand. "Look at what you did. She's cold and lifeless! Murder is a capital offense, you know. You'd get the death penalty for sure."

(Doton: Iwa no Gōremu) - Earth Release: Stone Golem
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user expels a large creature composed of stone from his mouth. The rock golem has a fair amount of stamina and brute strength, being able to bite and tear off flesh with its mouth and hands respectively. If used from above the target then the user can use the earth golem to drop down onto the opponent like a bomb and crush them. The golem can also devour earth structures and other enemy attacks, biting and chewing on it.

Alice watching from the distance laughed, the man was that fooled? She couldn’t help but cross her legs and simply ease back into her chair, watching a stone golem form from Godot’s mouth. As the golem tried to reach for her, she simply smirked as barrier of lightning formed around her clashing with the arm of the beast, leaving nothing but rubble behind. She then spot once more towards the man, hoping that he’d quit toying around and actually paid attention.

Tsk tsk tsk, not only did you not follow my instructions - you attacked little ole me, for what reason? A little tease? Surely you’re a bigger man than this, silly little Bud. Now I’ll repeat myself, try the same illusion on me."

She said with a tone of disappointment.
(Raiton: Purazuma Bōru) - Lightning Release: Plasma Ball
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra: 20 (+5 per turn active)
Damage: 40
Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow. However the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques while sustaining the technique. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for up to 3 turns.

OOC: Pay attention to wording lol " at least that is what should've been the case " aka I was never actually near you in the first place ;)

lol i know. Just forgot for a second, both IC and OOC. And you didn't tell me to perform anything. >.<

"That's right. I was caught up in the moment, who knows why." A wry smile crept up his face. The second technique reminded him of the last, with some key differences. Exhaling, Godot released another batch of toxins into the air. This time he molded his chakra in such a way to make his victim, aka Alice, experience a tart flavor. She would see Godot's mask come loose and fall from his face. Beneath it lay the grotesque head of an over-sized fly. It writhed in place, apparently trapped and bulging from a large cavity in his skull. The monstrosity would be hard to look at or to stomach its presence. Godot himself doesn't seem to mind. With a snap of his fingers he releases the illusion and everything returns to normal. "There. I kept it simple for your sake. What's next?"

With a tired sigh, Alice simply rolled her eyes. Wondering if she should bother continuing with this man, but none the less - he was her clanman and thus must take care of business. Moving right along, the Candy Maker would create the toxin within the air once again - prompting her to weave a single hand seal, from within the throat of Godot, the fresh taste of spiciness would cloud his exist, the lush burning sensation. This was coupled with an immense amount of heat, the very tip of your tongue engulfed in flames, but the mouth was shut tight. You began to panic, gagged on the fumes of the flames in your mouth, yet the flame never moved for it burned in thy mouth for all of eternity. You wanted to run, petrified as the innards of your mouth was set ablaze, how does it feel? Knowing your death was only moment away? Honor it, favor it, love it. The fear is thy bestfriend…

Alice would release the binds of the illusion, watching her student as she demonstrated the final illusion. She would begin to speak to him;

Now that final technique, is Taste Illusionary Arts: Chocolate Pleasure ⋓ Indulgence. It allows you to change how the target perceives their body through any sort of means you can think of. Now you try it on me, this will then conclude the basic training for Ganmi Genjutsu

She explained and waited for her trainee to repeat.
( Ganmi Genjutsu: Kyoushokora ⋓ Koumenzaifu ) Taste Illusionary Arts: Chocolate Pleasure ⋓ Indulgence
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: D-S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Points: 10-40
Damage Points: 20-80
Description: Indulgence is one of the basic applications of the Ganmi Genjutsu. It is versatile in terms of effects and chakra cost in order to cover a wide range of applications, as well as accompany the user in terms of hierarchy within the clan, with lower clansmen having access to lesser ranks. Here, the user will use the Primary Taste of the Illusion to change how the opponents perceive themselves, based on the 5 basic senses, similar to The Voodoo of the Headless Chicken. They fall under one of 5 category:
• Anger: The changes done to himself will be perceived negatively. This is usually meant to create a decoy of focus that change or body part, and make the target want to destroy it. Ex: Create a reptile skin on someone's hands which will make them want to destroy it, and, with it, the hand itself.
• Disgust: This is meant to guide the target away from the change. The user will not want to use the body part or focus on it. Ex: Create blisters on someone's hand, preventing them from wanting to use the to make handseals or hand gestures.
• Fear: This is meant to paralyze or make a person suspect of the changed body part. The object of the illusion will cause great fear upon the target. Ex: Turn their feet into demons that will scare the target into paralysis.
• Happiness: This is meant to calm and attract the target to the terrain feature. This could attract someone into it, or guide them in this way. Ex: Make someone's hands into a strawberry cheesecake, so yummy, making them want to eat their hands.
• Sadness: This is meant to remove the will of the opponent into doing anything. The body part will elicit more extreme of either defend from it or attack it. Ex: The user's eyes are blind, what's the point of even seeing or doing anything?

It does not change how the targets see other people, animals, or even the terrain only creates or alters body parts, and techniques used by the target. The Secondary Taste allows the user to alter the way the opponents feel about themselves and their techniques, or how certain parts or his techniques make them feel, based on the 5 basic Ganmi Emotions, as stated in clan's description. A person targeted by this technique can still perceive damage, being constricted or even cut, by altering the body directly or by using the opponent's techniques against him, within the illusion. Given the different method of casting, and the additional properties, a clansmen, especially newly started, does not require Genjutsu in order to use this technique though Genjutsu is required to use it to it's fullest potential. Without Genjutsu knowledge, the user will be able to attach an emotion to an aspect of the target, without actually creating a complex Primary Taste illusion, which requires Genjutsu mastery. Non-Genjutsu usages make, for example, the opponent appear darker or lighter, depending on the tone of the emotion, but can't be considered anything but premature Genjutsu.

With the genjutsu released, Godot bursts into laughter, trying his best to keep a fresh cup of coffee steady in his hands.
"That's all? I was just starting to enjoy the heat. When you've been in the inferno as long as i have, a flame that pitiful might as well be a breath mint. But i'm sure you had my well being at heart. How considerate." :coffee:

After sipping his drink to cleanse his palate, he releases toxins through the air once again and forms a row of handseals. A savory flavor would start to delight her taste buds and a peculiar feeling would come over her face. Her features would be obscured by a mass of white fur and a snout not unlike a rabbits. And it's soft, unbelievably soft. Cheeks, ears, nose; it's all a perfect texture that's pleasing to the skin. The temptation to touch her own face would grow and grow. If she gave in, she wouldn't be able to concentrate on anything else but caressing the heavenly fur. Quite satisfied with the result, Godot releases the illusion.

Yikes almost two years and you still don’t have all training. Well the won’t be the case anymore since Im gonna make this training now OOC as much as possible rather than RP heavy. In spite of all this, we agreed to simply start over from the beginning but I wont make you do all that extra shit again so lets get right into the techniques of the clan. Alright so from where we left off, I taught you the three basic genjutsu of the clan so I’m just going to ask you to briefly go over once more for me just to see how much you remember.

The taste illusions Harvest, Banquet, and Indulgence effect the way the victim perceives objects, living beings, and themselves respectively. This part of the illusion is the primary taste and can be used to manipulate the victims 5 senses after exposing them to Ganmi™ toxins.

The secondary taste aspect allows the user to influence one of 5 emotions through the illusion. The effects are generally the same for each technique, the emotions being anger, disgust, fear, happiness, sadness. These emotions are evoked by the illusion itself and can manifest as either aggression toward it, avoidance of it, inaction due to it, positive attraction toward it, or depression due to it.

Good but as said before Ill be adding in my own bits and tips here and there about the clan. So allow me to first by addressing some of the aspects of Ganmi Genjutsu; the following below is a guide on how the structure of these techniques are.

Fundamental Effect - Flavor

These deal with the main body of the Gamni Toxin and it is used to modulate the taste in order to get the whole variety of flavors possible.

Primary Effect - Illusion

This is the illusion triggered by the Toxin.

Secondary Effect - Emotion

This is essentially the difference between Ganmi Genjutsu and normal Genjutsu, as the pheromones , unlike other Genjutsu, can infuse the target with different Emotions, varying in degree, that will condition the target when perceiving the Illusion.

• Anger - The sense of anger will usually prompt the target to react, normally negatively, against the object of anger. This can be used to make the target focus on something, by making it the object of anger. Anger is usually accompanied with the need to get rid or destroy the object of anger. Anger will remove the ability to perform complex mind techniques, such as Genjutsu, and incite the target to utilize offensive techniques (by preventing Supplementary and Defense) up to a certain extent.
• Disgust - The sense of disgust will usually prompt the target to avoid and even repudiate something. Rather than meaning to destroy, the target will be less willing to come in contact with the object of disgust, and is usually accompanied with personal sickness and repulsion. Disgust will remove the target's sensory abilities, clouding the user's perception of reality ( doujutsu, chakra sensing, etc) and incites the target to utilize defensive techniques, ( by preventing Offensive and Offensive) up to a certain extent.
• Fear - The sense of fear will usually prompt the target to suspect and even shut down when exposed to the object of fear. It works, essentially, to create paranoia or actual paralysis, in a more refine version of Killing Intent. Fear will remove the target's ability to act, or, at least, hesitate, when exposed to the object of fear, up to a certain extent.
• Happiness - The sense of happiness will usually prompt the target to become content, or even attract the target to the object of happiness. It will essentially calm and lure the target, creating a sense of comfort or want for contact. It will usually lessens the target's intention of harming or negatively targeting the target ( with the exception of non harming binding techniques ), and prevents the target from using offensive techniques, while summons won't be able to attack at all, up to a certain extent.
• Sadness - The sense of sadness will usually remove the will of the opponent, when exposed to the object of sadness. It evokes negative and exhausting reactions on the target. Sadness will prevent the target from using Taijutsu techniques, as well as Supplementary techniques, opting for the more instantly gratifying Defensive or Offensive techniques, up to a certain degree.

The degree of which these effects take place depend on the technique used and are specific to each of the Genjutsu that will be submitted as clan arts. However, they are illusionary effects that can be countered same as any Genjutsu. Not only that but, since they are toxin/pheromone induced, they can be countered if the toxin/pheromone is removed from the system of the target. Because the pheromone has to be absorbed and introduced into the targets body, there is a small time window between tasting/smelling the pheromone and feeling the effects of the Genjutsu, normally one turn, with higher and complex techniques requiring sometimes more time. Basic rules also spread across all techniques in which a paralysis due to Fear (or similar) can only be affect up to same ranked targets; technique restrictions vary and are defined in each technique specifically; rain, extremely dry environments and other hindering environmental conditions reduce effects by half and increase induction time by x2.

After-Taste

This is the remnant of the Ganmi Genjutsu after it is countered.

Now I highlighted the ones I want you to make note of as these are fundamentals too. The first one, is more so a way to make these techniques more balanced – so when casting the illusions, you mention i.e the sweet taste. These are clues which can lead to an easy dispelling but you can still find ways around it.

The second bold is pretty much a failsafe to prevent uses from spamming the techniques. So if a person was in a Ganmi Genjutsu for 3 turns then after release they cant be placed in one for 6 turns. It’s a bad part but this is what was allowed so cant complain.

Lastly the restrictions to all of them:
• All 3 types of Effect happen simultaneously in a Ganmi Genjutsu Technique.
• Only one type of Secondary Effect can happen per Ganmi Genjutsu
• Throughout the duration of a Ganmi Genjutsu, no other Ganmi Genjutsu can be used.
• Ganmi Genjutsu follow Genjutsu Layering and Countering Rules, as well as the normal restrictions and mechanics of regular Genjutsu.

Lastly would you like me to show you how the Genjutsu are set up?

“The user is required to describe a spread of toxins through the air 1 turn before he/she is able to perform this technique, or have had an active Saliva technique in the previous turn within 10 meters range of the target(s).”

This basically all you need to know, so if you wanted to use Ganmi Genjutsu you need to passively spread the pheromone we release from our bodies/mouth and let it spread for a turn or have used a saliva based technique in a turn prior to spread the pheromone from it. So it goes “pheromone spreads for one turn passively or using previous technique. Once it spreads for one turn and the opponent didn’t move out of it then you can perform the actual technique.”

Sample in a move format
Due to having spread the pheromone enough, Godot has finally made the needed hand seals as he uses it as the medium to cast this technique”

Makes sense?
