Guys, after many replays of the FINAL BATTLE I saw Itachi's hand going on Sasuke's Chidori

Also, to who do the last two hands that appear on Naruto's Rasengan belong to ? It can't be Minato because Minato has some white strings on his sleeves while the last hand that appears has a simple sleeve just like Sasuke's dad had with his police uniform. Are those the hands of Sasuke's parents who symbolize the fact that his parents leave the fate of their son upon Naruto ?
