Minato's FTG wasn't just about tele, he was able to open
a warp gate/blackhole. We only saw him open a massive gate
to warp the tbb. I'm going to assume that he could open
smaller ones anywhere in his vicinity as long as it was in
range. imagine Minato conjuring 10 tiny black holes each
with one of his ten fingers; coupled with his amazing
sensory which could scan for targets almost 24 miles away,
he simply could open tiny warp spheres inside someone's
body at once and rip him to shreds by warping his body parts
all over NV, absolutely insane!
I think he never used it in part of plot or lack of
complete control over it, as we know Minto died at a very
young age.
Another thing about Minato, he was able to untangle
himself from the tree. Some say it was some kind
of water or wind-based jusu, but I think what Minato did
was rather a Time-related jutsu -- He used FTG V4.0 aka (Za Waaaardo) to
stop the time-ticking in a very limited area and let himself loose.
Lastly, Minato had acquired Nature chakra manipulation, but
admittedly, he wasn't as proficient with it as his son, so,
He couldn't use it as proficiently as Naruto did, but I
believe that Minato if he had completely mastered the art
of nature manipulation, he could've combined it with his
own chakra and that would've allowed him to truly flicker to
any location he wanted to.
Prime Minato would rekt any in a 1vany encounter.
