Naruto and Sasuke are fighting side by side, they are fighting as one. They make it so neither of them needs tp open much distance from each other and risk getting hit without the other being able to step in and save the other. Note that while Naruto doesn't go full speed, Sasuke also never uses Amenotejikara. He doesn't want Naruto to lose track of him because one of them might get hit, which is a no-no against Momoshiki. On the other hand its the same reason why Sasuke didn't try to constantly gain the advantage by using Amenotejikara in battle.
