Is it posible to increase your chakra pool or quality via training?

For some reason, I feel like the 8 gates style is incomplete. I mean it just lack Chakra control. if it had a chakra control feature to it, Rock Lee and Mighty guy would solo anybody! They would be the Saiyans of NV!

Anyway, is it possible to increase your chakra pool or the quality of your chakra via training?

That sucks big time. In fact, now I'm glad the manga is done. How the hell do you tell a child in NV that they will never become as powerful as Naruto or Sasuke unless they open up the 8th gate?!

What time-skip. Dude was on bed rest for like 2 weeks after showing his MS for the first time in part 2. Then started spamming it blindly in the war. That's a mean ole plot hole!

Perharps not, because what Might Guy and Lee use it's just Taijutsu. In Naruto you have to be born with great chakra pool, but there are exceptions, Kabuto had a lot of chakra natures and Hinata Hyuuga wasn't that impressive when it came to excelent chakra, in most of time she had to borrow it.

So the NV was fixed and unfair. This is really the only manga with that aspect. HxH, fairy tail, DBZ, and yu yu hakusho, you can increase your energy, ki, chakra, or nen via training.

Now I don't even blame characters for stealing, borrowing or doing whatever they gotta do to get stronger. F that Sage of six paths. Talking about no one person should have all the power, but give Naruto all that power.

He already had it awakened he just never had enough chakra to do it until he trained for it

@Nagi the character in Yu Yu Hakusho called Hiei by getting a implanted eye Jagan he went from A rank demon to D Rank, meaning he lost a lot of power. Hiei by training was able to go from D rank to A Rank or even S rank.

In Yu Yu Hakusho the price of implanting is losing power, Hiei reason for the eye was to find something or someone can't remember.

In Naruto implanting eye and stealing power seems so easy with little to no risk.
