They built a naked Minato statue with tiny drick and two peanut-size balls. On the opposite side a Shisui statue with no eyes and naked also with even tinier penus and smaller balls.

i doubt those statues were ever rebuilt, but i can't imagine why anybody would have any desire to build a statue of Sasuke anywhere.

This monument is perfect as it is now, it is no more Hashirama facing Madara, now it is an unknown right handed guy making the seal of reconciliation with an unknown left handed man, it's a perfect monument to glorify peace.
