Umm, he has a Sharingan. Kakashi did something similar with Pein but not as badass.
And Naruto is an idiot, who fight intuitively rather than with a plan, busting him isn't hard. He just got a little speed to him, with an unexpected move set, it is not that hard to analyze him, especially for a Sharingan user.
