the stats also show naruto needed way less to match sasuke but tbh what they were trying to do was portray sasuke as a genius who is proficient with a range of just and techniques and all naruto as a dropout who could only use limited techniques (which sasuke even roasted him for) but had to work harder to find ways to catch up to the genius i mean duh thats how its been the whole series

Most of them. if im off it should be at most 3-5 hits in sasukes favor. The man was moving too fast, not even my pause button could track him

Those stats mean nothing about whether one won or lost a fight.

If Naruto knocks Sasuke out with just one jutsu, it doesn't matter if Sasuke connected with 99 jutsu before that, blitzed naruto 99 times, and stopped naruto's jutsu 99 times, Sasuke is still knocked out and Naruto isn't so that's a win for Naruto.

With Sasuke saying he lost and waking up a while AFTER Naruto, it's either a win for Naruto or a draw depending on how you see it.
