Who from the Konoha 11 do you wish was more developed and explored?

All of us will say that much more relevancy, backgrounds, screentime, and character development for the Konoha 11 was needed and in high demand at many points when the series was still on going. But now that it's over if you could go back and convince Kishi to develop one other character from the 11 who would it be and why.

For me it simple... Neji Hyūga

Team Asuma were all hugely developed so i'd go for Hinata, Lee and Kiba. They never really changed or underwent any development in Shippuden outside of filler.

Which is why I value filler bc it actually made me respect Kiba Inuzuka.

I watched it , didn't like it at all apart for the interesting bits of seeing Gaara learning Taijutsu and the final Fight.

Hinata - Kishi had her latent ability as a 4 out of 5 in DB1 and also hinted at her becoming stronger...This was seemingly discarded though

Shino- A possible Shikamaru with a different variety of powerful techniques.

Kiba- Speed, Destructive power. Could have and should have been a lot more.

I always voice out how Hinata would have made a difference if she were to be the lead female instead of Sakura. bashing aside, Sakura did a decent role being heroine but let's face it, with Hinata's heritage, bloodline trait, backstory and personality, she could have brought more depth to the story than Sakura ever did.

My stand, it isnt an issue of who could have been the better lead. Im saying that Hinata would have made a good heroine, bringing possibly more to team 7. Also, Sakura being the hardworker she is would have made a fine, effective side character. Think about it. Sakura is being hated for being useless despite her heoine status. I ponder to disagree that this wont be the case if she were to be pushed to the side roles and have less screentime and got involve in needed situations instead.
