Why didn't Obito/Kabuto just use Edo Deidara to C0 spam everywhere

Why didn't Kabuto use Zabuza's Hidden Mist & Silent Killing every battle?

Why didn't Kabuto erase Itachi and Nagato's personalities completely?

Why didn't Kabuto take Hanzo's Poison Mist battlefield flooding to every battlefield or place he went?

Kabuto is broken asf just like his soul partner Itachi except whilst Itachi's broken moveset is highlighted, his is constantly restricted so that he didn't contend against the 5 Nations and win with his army.

If you think about it very few characters can actually counter deidaras bird.its able to move fast enough to dodge SS mode gaara.obito doesn't have a real way to get him up there
