Conditions: Naruto has access to all tailed beast, 100% Kurama, tsb, and the NE he absorbed in VOTE 2

Round 1: Dms Kakashi (20 minute time limit)

Round 2: 8 gates Gai (20 minute time limit) and Dms Kakashi

Round 3: Dms Kakashi and Dms Obito ( both have rikudou chakra)

Round 4: Drsm Madara, Sm Hashirama, and Ems Sasuke

Round 5: jj Obito, Ems Sasuke, healthy Nagato, and edo Itachi (with ps)

Round 6: 1 eyed jj Madara

Round 7: Adult Sasuke

Round 8: Fused Momoshiki

Round 9: 2 eyed jj Madara (IT restricted)

Rounds 1-6 are a no-brainer. Naruto wins with no more than mid-difficulty in any of them.

Round 7: Sasuke is supposed to be equal to him, though I'm inclined to believe that statement didn't take into account either the other Biju chakra or the world's NE which he has here. Naruto either draws or wins.

Round 8: Naruto mid-high difficulty.

Round 9: Naruto can win if he lands Sage Art: SBDRS - an attack containing all Biju chakra, thus disturbing Madara's, after which he wins the tug of war making Madara mortal. Otherwise he has no way of putting down Madara without the Sun and Moon seals.

1. Naruto wins. Kurama Avatar>His Susanoo. Speed and clone diversions>Kakashi, that or Naruto outlasts him.

2. Gai's only chance to bust through the Avatar is to use Night Guy, but if he does he'll die. Naruto can make multiple Avatars via Shadow Clone Jutsu. 3-4 Avatars can rival Bijuu Susanoo in CQC, so Kakashi's Susanoo gets raped. Evening Elephant is blocked via the Avatar. Bijuu Dama is fired and Kakashi takes damage while Gai dies, then Naruto finishes Kakashi off.

3. Naruto w/ Avatar clones takes out their Susanoo then Naruto himself simply outlasts them or outright defeats them using diversions and clones.

4. Naruto one shots with Ashura Avatar.

5. If Obito gets Bijuu Dama off then Naruto dies. If Naruto can defeat Obito before BD gets off then he dies. Outside of Bijuu Dama Naruto is:

-Faster. His speed is >=Madara who is >>Obito.
-Stronger. Can match Madara in strength who is > Obito.
-More durable. Tanked Chidori while Rasengan put a hole in Obito's back.

1 of Obito's Gudo Dama can tank a regular BD and Susanoo Arrow, but is left with a gaping hole. Naruto's NE infused attack is leagues above that. Naruto's regular Bijuu Dama is leagues above that, and all 9 BDFRS are leagues above Naruto's regular Bijuu Dama. Adding 8 more GD won't change that. However on the other hand Naruto can't destroy the tree with his own Bijuu Dama since it can survive a Juubidama.

Forgot about Madara and Hashirama. Obito's crew wins.

How does he lose 2 and 4

Vs Gai & Kakashi
Gai featwise has the power to smash through Naruto's Kurama avatar with Evening Elephant considering that it's stronger than Kaguya's Eighty God fists, which pierced a construct of equal durability. Evening Elephant would also punch away Bijudama with ease, the standard variant at least. Kakashi can also warp away Bijudama. Gai can basically take out Naruto without Asura mode by himself.

Kamui shurikens warp away Naruto's Asura mode double Rasenshuriken's. With that out of the way, Gai puts in work. Asura Kurama's durability is unknown and I'm not sure if it's even significantly more durable than 1 Kurama avatar. Both Asura Kurama and Perfect Susano'o took equal damage from Naruto & Sasuke's final clash.
Either way, Night Gai is much more powerful than Evening Elephant and there isn't anything indicating that Asura Kurama can tank, so it gets a hole kicked through it.

Vs Madara, Hashirama, Ems Sasuke

Against Naruto, Hashirama basically takes him on until Asura Kurama comes out. God gates would pin down any of Naruto's Kurama avatars since they held down Ten Tails.
Kurama's Bijudama get caught and sent back at him. Bijudama Rasenshuriken is weaker than Kurama & Gyuuki's combined Bijudama and Shinsuusenju already withstood an explosion far greater than that level of power without any damage.

Asura Kurama would probably take something out. Shinsuusenju is more durable than the Kurama avatar and Perfect Susano'o by far, but it would at least be disabled by a direct hit from double Rasenshuriken's.
Though as shown, if Naruto throws it from the distance that he threw it at Sasuke from, he would nuke himself due to the size of the explosion.
Madara's could jump in front with Perfect Susano'o and take the brunt of the blast. He'll still live since his Perfect Susano'o has shown the ability to at least let him survive 4 of the Ten Tails' Bijudamas, but Susano'o would be disabled completely. Hashirama could just finish the match with God gates+Chojo Kebetsu after that.
