Naruto and Sasuke are equal in terms of combat abilities. Orochimaru's charisma and twistedness makes him a better villain than Madara, Kakashi was the best Sharingan user (most well-rounded as opposed to Itachi's particular excelling in its genjutsu) and Pein doesn't even compare anymore.

There's really nobody else in the top-tier with Sasuke's versatility either.

Sasuke = Naruto in terms of combat capabilities, Sasuke has brain and Naruto has Kurama. Madara isn't the best villain, his reasoning is not as good as Sasuke's. Pain was the best Rinnegan user but not anymore, since Sasuke's rinnegan has teleportation and can even open portals now.

One of the most complex and realistic characters I have ever come across. This guy was too good for this childish manga and too good for the anime/manga hogging degenerates. In terms of combat, he's the most versatile ninja in the entire manga with the most clever analysis and counters bar none.

You don't get any better than Sasuke in a manga like Naruto. Sasuke was a squandered opportunity for Kishimoto. This manga should have been a Seinen.

And Kamui doesn't work on Sasuke thanks to his Amenotejika. Kamui portal take times to close. and Sasuke able to blitz through a near-closing Kamui portal. So every time Obito attempts to Kamui him he'll just teleport out before the portal is closed.
