Take away Kyuubi's chakra and Nature's chakra (not including ashura's chakra, power-up without doing anything) which both are borrowed then Naruto wouldn't defeat a regular jonin (imagine Zabuza). While Sasuke was made to be overpowered, Naruto should be the one if you compare families.
Now if Naruto wasn't born with Kyuubi's chakra and was properly trained, I believe he could become stronger than Hashirama, think about it, being born to a hokage and a uzumaki Jinchuuriki, he would still have a lot of chakra.
Now let's say people didn't hide his inheritance and he starts training (serious training, not jiraya's training) at 8yo and had enough chakra to spam 50 shadow clones, if he was trained properly he could be kage level at 13yo, think about it, its 5 years, 5 years training everyday with 50 shadow clones (while he grows old he would be able to spam even more clones like 100), don't you guys think he would be way stronger than kakashi by then? The only difference would be experience, but by power he would be at kage level.
Think of how powerful he could be with this training:
10 clones to Fuinjutsu
10 clones to Taijutsu
10 clones to Kenjutsu
20 clones to ninjutsu (wind and water affinities)
While he would use gravity and resistance Seals from the beginning, all this increasing as the time pass by (increase of chakra; clones; jutsus; Taijutsu and Kenjutsu styles; level of Fuinjutsu; and on the Seals that would make him even faster and stronger). All this and he could be creating techniques like his father, like creating the rasenshuriken earlier or recreating the Hiraishin and improving it and could end up with chakra chains or at least be able to do something else with his chakra since he is an Uzumaki.
Look at how powerful he could be by training seriously these 5 years. With experience no one could match him. Not even Canon Naruto with full Kyuubi power during the war would Win, since the Naruto which I wrote would obviously have something especifically to fight against Jinchuurikis.
