I honestly don't see anybody taking him in the SA. Maybe bsm Naruto, bm Minato, and ems Sasuke but even they might lose.

I misread what you said I didn't know you meant when he turns to ashes but I don't think him using one attack would turn him to ashes anyway. Also his attacks would kill a lot of people that don't have huge avatars or some other means of defense.

Edo tensei's body is made of ash, they do not posses bone structure. Their bodies are more fragile. 8th gate puts a lot of stress in the users body

IIrc, Edos aren't revived at full strength. He'd be less broken and there's a possibility that he wouldn't be able to open the gate at all.
